Order & FAQ
How do I place an order? Browse our menu and add items to your cart. All orders are placed online through our website. Once your order is confirmed you'll receive an email with your order details and estimated delivery or pickup time.
How much notice do you need? All items are baked to order and require a minimum 48-hour lead time. For weekend orders we recommend ordering by Thursday. During busy periods (holidays, special occasions) we may require more notice — check our announcement bar for updates.
Do you offer local delivery? Yes! We deliver within approximately 10 miles of Los Angeles. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 10am. We also deliver to Orange County for orders over $75. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you ship nationwide? Yes! Our shelf-stable items — breads, pastries, madeleines, palmiers, macarons and more — ship anywhere in the US via FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Which items can be shipped nationwide? Items in our "Ships Nationwide" collection travel beautifully at room temperature. Items in our "Local Delivery Only" collection are too delicate or perishable to ship — they are only available to local LA customers.
What are your delivery hours? Local deliveries are made between 10am and 6pm. We'll send you a message when your order is on its way.
Can I pick up my order? Yes! Local pickup is available by arrangement. Contact us at onmyway@littledaisybakes.com to arrange a pickup time and address.
Can I place a custom or bulk order? Absolutely — we love custom orders! Whether it's a special occasion, a corporate gift, or a large quantity of a favorite item, get in touch at order@littledaisybakes.com and we'll work something out.
What if I have a food allergy? Please read our full Allergen Information page before ordering. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, and soy. We are unable to guarantee any product is allergen-free. If you have a severe allergy please contact us before ordering.
What is your cancellation policy? Because everything is made to order, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup time. After that window we are unable to offer refunds as ingredients will already have been prepared.
What if something arrives damaged? We take great care with packaging but if something arrives damaged please take a photo and email us at support@littledaisybakes.com within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
