Refund policy

At Little Daisy Bakes, every item is made fresh to order with care and quality ingredients. Because of the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However your satisfaction is our highest priority and we will always work to make things right.

Cancellations All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup time. Cancellations made within this window cannot be refunded as ingredients and preparation will already be underway. To request a cancellation please email us at hello@littledaisybakes.com as soon as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect please contact us at hello@littledaisybakes.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the item. We will review your request promptly and offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Shipping Delays Little Daisy Bakes ships nationwide via FedEx and USPS. Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, we are unable to accept responsibility for carrier delays, mishandling, or lost packages. However please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Quality Guarantee We stand behind every item we bake. If you are ever unhappy with the quality of your order for any reason please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Your trust means everything to us.
